I grew up in Carmel, Indiana, where I spent most of my life until I went off to college at the University of Oklahoma. Boomer Sooner! Following my graduation from OU, I was so excited to return home to attend Indiana University for medical school, spending my first two years at the Evansville campus. I am thrilled to be here in Muncie to complete my intern year before heading back down to Indy to finish out my residency training in Anesthesiology at Indiana University.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and my two cats, Cooper and Archie. I also enjoy reading, sewing, and keeping up with Colts and Oklahoma football!

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, I am proud to call this state my home. Here is where my journey in medicine began. I completed my undergraduate studies at Indiana University, pursuing a BS in Biology. Following my time at Indiana University, I had the privilege to continue my education at the IU School of Medicine. My adventure took me to Fort Wayne for the initial two years of medical school, which turned out to be a nurturing and rewarding experience with a group of exceptional classmates.
Subsequently, I returned to my roots in Indianapolis for my final years of medical school. Currently, I am looking forward to completing my transitional year in Muncie before relocating back to Indianapolis. Here, I will follow my passion for Anesthesiology at Indiana University. IU has so many great things to offer, but the best perk of spending a total of 12 years at the same institution is never having to change my email address.
In my free time I love spending quality time with family and friends, cooking (even after it cost me the tip of one finger), playing tennis, and tending to my garden. Watching my tiny tomato plant grow for two months was the highlight of my summer.
