I believe patients should be treated in personalized fashion, based on clinical interview, biomarker testing and neuropsychological testing, using low-dose rational polypharmacy to get synergistic benefits and minimize side-effects. I am also a proponent of increasing wellness and resilience, not just treating disease. Ultimately, the goal is prevention of disease episodes and increased quality of life.
